September DOVIA Meeting

We will evaluate our personality types to leverage our strengths and identify areas for improvement in leading volunteers. Utilizing the Myers Briggs Type Indicator, we aim to enhance our self-awareness and develop skills to collaborate with individuals of diverse personalities.

**Park in the parking lot across from the building. Enter the front doors and walk straight into the back of the building past the staircase. We will be there to direct everyone. The boardroom is in the back hallway.
